My top floor place is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the ambiance, and the location. Very nice covered back deck in private backyard including a gas grill. Guest access Top floor, front porch, back deck, drive way, back yard as well as front and side yard Other things to note 1. The grill on the back deck works with propane tank. 2. All kitchen’s appliances are brand new. Need to be careful during their use. 3. If you need to use our linens and towels would be a service fee of $100. 4. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. 5. In the back of the house there is a hose to rinse the sand from your feet after a long day to the beach.
