Great location, half a block to fabulous views of New York City skyline, 24 hr bus stop at corner, and just 15 to 30* minute ride to NY Port Authority Manhattan. No Parking availability Light and artsy , nicely furnished private apartment for comfortable stay. Brand new modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms, pricing is based on 1 - 3 guests . The apartment can accommodate up to 5 with the sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional fee of $25 please contact host to arrange. The space The apartment is located in a pre war building. The bathroom is beautifully renovated, but note it’s a small unit, the toilet maybbe tight space for some tall guests . Expect clean sheets & towels. Coffee maker and microwave, refrigerator, utensils, silverware and dishes. Attention No dishwasher- No wash/dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Note : There is no private parking for the building. The public parking is not accessible to non residential parties, unfortunately due to new regulations the home owners cannot extend any parking passes to visitors. Our town has great public transportation to Manhattan and local towns. The bus stop is only 1/2 a block from the apartment. The entrance door to the apt has a self closing hinge, be careful to have your keys with you always in the event the door closes behind you. The master bedroom TV works and is WiFi Connected, as a courtesy Netflix is available at no charge, other Roku services are available if you have a subscription. On and off, plus volume control are accessible via the TV (Panasonic) and program selection is on the the Roku control. When you turn the TV on the screen will show power energy for about a minute or two before the program menu comes up. Have a nice stay
