Our spacious studio is located just steps from many popular restaurants, world-renowned hospitals, tourist attractions & universities. *PLEASE NOTE- this is on the third floor. We're a 2 minute walk to Fenwood Green Line Subway, 1 mile to Fenway Park, & 0.4 miles to Longwood Medical We are less than a mile from Museum of Fine Arts & the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Some of the cities best attractions are located 1-2 miles from us; Prudential, Boston Common, Newbury St, Chinatown & more! The space Our cozy studio is the perfect place for couples, students, nurses, doctors or friends! *PLEASE NOTE, we are located on the third floor* We have a comfy full size bed. There is an HD flat screen TV with You Tube TV, Netflix, HULU, Disney Plus, Paramount and more! You will need to sign into your own account to access these apps Our kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, tea kettle and coffee maker. There are also pots, pans, and all the amenities needed to cook. Coffee, sugar and an array of delicious teas are also provided. There is a seating table , the perfect place to have your morning coffee, dinner after a long day out exploring Boston, or work. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no need to bring your own! Linens, 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths are also provided. For longer stays over 5 days more towels can be requested if needed. During the hot summer months, we have an air conditioner to keep you cool. **the heat is controlled by the building. Parking - There Is a parking garage at Mass Eye and Ear. The garage name Is LAZ Parking - the address is 800 Huntington Ave, Boston 02115. It is about 450 feet from our apartment. (PLEASE NOTE THIS GARAGE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS SO YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE. THIS WOULD BE AN OPTION FOR WEEKDAYS) There is also parking at 350 Longwood Ave, Boston - it is Pilgrim Parking Garage and is open 24/7 and weekends. It is about a 10 min walk from our apartment. There is a Parking lot at 36 Wait St. You can go online to “spothero” and rent the parking spot through there. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared coin operated washer/dryer located in the basement in the building next to ours.
