Unlike other condos, this Villa boasts 2 lanais. One is off the main entrance and living room area and the other is quite private off of the master bedroom. Very pleasing for all. Both the front and back lanais overlook beautiful tropical gardens and are perfect for enjoying your meals and drinks. The bedrooms boast a new, large king sized bed and also a comfy Queen size bed. You are sure to sleep soundly on these great beds in our Princeville Villa. We Supply plenty of fine Linens to keep you cozy. There is a well appointed dining area that has seating for 6. In the living area are Wi-Fi , cable box and a smart TV. Instructions are on the cable box when you check in . You can also find lots of reading material and guide books in the home. This beautiful villa is situated near the Westin hotel. The villa is a beautiful END unit in a building of just 4 units. There are no other units to 3 sides of ours or above. It's truly a peaceful, lush place. The end villla allows for plenty gorgeous views and light with windows in every main room. You have Peace and quiet from road noise. There may be a fancy rooster every now and then along with other birds. Enjoy the cool sounds and breezes from Tradewinds, the trees and also the beautiful birds that come visit in the garden courtyards. World class Golfing is nearby as well. It will be hard to beat the beautiful views if the Makai golf course. Even walking along the sidewalk near us is the spectacular golf course. It is the most fascinating thing you'll ever see with majestic mountains and waterfalls all around. Our beautiful golf course has a lot of precious birds as well that are only indigenous to Hawaii. Try an evening golf course sunset tour. Enjoy amazing views from the best courses in the world and golf a round or 2. The island offers great fishing and amazing surfing. If you make it out to the break , you might be rubbing shoulders with famous surfers from around the world. Enjoy Gorgeous beaches just a very short drive from Princeville. You may also hike the trail down to a Anini beach.From the princeville property. It mat be a bit muddy at times and can be a little steep , but a wonderful walk. This beautiful villa is equipped with excellent amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. You could not find a better place to enjoy your holiday. We offer beach chairs and maybe boogie boards if guests dont loose them. There are coolers and Plenty of beach towels too. The complex of pumana is situated in a beautiful location and very close to the Anini beach Trail. It's a beautiful hike down and can be a hike coming back up . It can be slippery if wet. We are also a quick 5-minute Drive to Hanalei Bay which is absolutely stunning. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops there as well. Welcoming very responsible and respectful guests to Princeville. No pets please. We have had bad experiences. This is Building 7 and Unit A. It's A for A+ this is a gorgeous first floor unit only one story Villa with beautiful views. You have access to the full two bedroom two bath as well as the front Lanai closet which holds all of the beach gear and beach towels. The swimming pool is great for a cool dip and there is a restroom and a shower as well. please use the lockbox code given with check-in instructions to access the pool. the pool is just catty corner from the back Lanai. All visitors are welcome to walk around the grounds as well and enjoy the fruit trees and flowers. Please pick only what you will use for a day and please do not pick flowers in front of other condo doors. Pick from the trees. There is an outside storage closet that the guests can access .. inside the closet to the right are the beach chairs and towels. To the left are the owner's items and supplies. Please do not disturb. Other things to note Our gorgeou Hawaiian style villa in Princeville is situated in the perfect location. It is close to many Favorite areas on the epic North shore of Kaua‘i. You can access many beaches from the North Shore in just minutes. Take your pick ! Also enjoy endless hikes in the North Shore area. Sure to please any hiker with amazing Vistas of mountain and ocean views. Visit the famous Markets in Kilauea and Hanalei held every Saturday. There are many wonderful things to do here in Princeville as well as the rest of the island. You will find lots of great information on the internet and in local shops. Puamana development is nestled near the Princeville shopping center, the gorgeous Westin hotel, restaurants and beautiful lookouts. The public is welcome to enjoy lunch or dinner at the Westin Hotel without paying the price of nightly Hotel fees. Please look up events , markets, golfing, beaches, hiking, diving, fishing, yoga, snorkeling, surfing, meditation, worship, art classes, massage, spas and biking for our paradise spot. The restaurants and nightlife are also a must during your stay on Kaua‘i. There is just so much to offer and so many spectacular places to try out during your stay.
