Breezy Upstairs Apartment in Charming Honoka’a

Spacious one-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area includes a well-appointed kitchenette and balcony with expansive views of the hamakua coast. Easy walking distance to historic Honoka’a town, including antique stores, galleries, restaurants, and local history museum. Only 15 minutes drive to Waipi’o Valley and 20 minutes to Waimea. Living room couch converts to a queen bed for extra sleeping space when needed. Hosts live on the premises and are happy to answer questions about the area! The space The apartment sits above our garage and has an open living, dining, and cooking area with a separate bedroom and bathroom. Plus we offer fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom, and a gas grill just outside the garage. The couch converts to a queen bed to provide a second bed if needed. Due to local regulations, we can’t offer a full kitchen, but we do have a cooking area with a hot plate, sink, microwave, and large toaster oven. Hosts live in the attached house on the same property. Guest access Local shops are a quick walk up the road. Free (single vehicle) parking is on the property, directly outside the apartment, but guests will need to climb a full staircase to access the apartment. Other things to note While we don’t allow dogs in the apartment, Hosts do have 2 dogs who live (indoors) elsewhere on the property. If you’re highly allergic, you may want to consider a different listing, as we do walk our dogs on leash on the premises.
