Property has a private large fenced in backyard to enjoy all the pleasures of outdoors. The home is in the perfect location close to numerous beaches and walking distance to downtown Manasquan. There are a total of 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is 1 bathroom upstairs that is shared for all 3 bedrooms. There are no master bedrooms with bathrooms. The 4th bed is a sofabed which downstairs in the den. There is a bathroom directly across from sofabed. The room can be shut off by the french doors for privacy and act as a 4th bedroom. There are sofabed charges for over 6 people in reservation. There are 2 smart TV’s for wi-fi streaming downstairs. The property has a large fenced in yard with patio set, grill. and outdoor shower. This home is perfectly located to enjoy all the pleasures and treasures of the Jersey Shore. The downtown area of Manasquan is a few blocks away from this property. There are many boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, a liquor store, nail salons, pharmacy, health food store, among others. NJ transit and Algonquin Arts Theater are all walking distance from the house. The local Manasquan beach is a mile away. Quick bike ride or drive with many parking lots or street spots. Plenty of biking areas and a paved bike path to Allaire State Park. Local Parks with tennis, volleyball , and playgrounds in neighborhood. The famous Asbury Park is north 15 minutes away which has The Stone Pony where Bruce Springsteen occasionally shows up. Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant, 10 min south of house has plenty to offer with rides, miniature golf, museums, aquariums, and many food options. There are many forms of transportation with taxis, Uber, train and biking. Property is on a busy street which is quiet at night. The front bedroom can hear the street traffic during day, early morning. The night, for sleeping is usually quiet.
