This cute, artsy, DOG FRIENDLY house is 50 feet from Nickerson State Park and its network of biking and hiking trails. Just a 10 minute walk down the quiet trails to Cliff Pond for swimming, fishing, & kayaking. The bike trails in the park connect to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is an easy bike ride to Crosby Beach. Or just enjoy the comfy living room furniture, and relax in the sun on the deck. We have a fenced in back yard for dogs and kids. Welcome to our dream home in a dream location! The space Thanks for checking out our house! Our 3 bedroom ranch has a finished rec room in the walkout basement, opening to a small patio and spacious wooded back yard. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. Other bedrooms feature a queen and 2 twins -- with a whimsical beach mural. Bedrooms have A/C units in the bedrooms for sleeping comfort. Sleeps 6! Dogs OK (2 dog max.) We are so glad you are interested in our home! Please see the note in EXTRA DETAILS on minimum stays. We are currently accepting 2 night minimum stays in May, June, and September. Generally we book 7 night reservations, from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. Shorter stays are fine during any other month (2 night minimum). Sometimes we can make adjustments so feel free to ask about your dates! Other things to note Bike trails that connect to the Cape Cod Rail Trail are right outside the door. We encourage guests to rent bikes from Orleans cycle, they will even deliver the bikes to the house. We like exclamation points!
