Finished basement with studio apartment feel. Renovated in 2018 and constantly being updated. Private entrance, private bathroom with shower/ tub. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Short-term and long-term stays are welcome. 2019 upgrade: 2nd queen size bed 2022 upgrade : new couch 2023 upgrade: newly renovated kitchen area added washer and dryer The space Right around the corner from shopping/dining and within 20 minutes of great attractions such as Six Flags, Basketball Hall of Fame, Big E fairgrounds and the MGM Casino! Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement. During your stay I love to meet my guests when schedules allow for it but guests can check themselves in anytime with keypad entry. I live onsite and am available to respond to guests questions/needs through Airbnb's portal. Guests are also able to call/text me directly if portal responses are delayed for any reason.
