The space Aloha and welcome to the Kuilima Beach Loft - a bright and renovated corner unit with 1 bedroom, 1 loft, and 2 full bathrooms that sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sofa with a memory foam mattress). You can expect a great night's sleep in hotel quality beds with our: • Brand new Casper mattresses that are cool enough for the hottest sleepers • Egyptian Cotton Sheets from Brooklinen • At least 4 hypoallergenic down alternative pillows/bed (2 for back sleepers and 2 for side/stomach sleepers) • Down alternative blankets • Throw blankets Cool down on hot days with window and split AC units or, open up the windows and sliding doors to enjoy the tropical breezes. Our condo comes with three flat screen tv's, as well as unlimited wifi. Ideal for couples, friends, or families who want to explore the North Shore without packing up your whole house. Our kitchen is fully stocked for everything from bartending to barista-ing to cooking a gourmet meal. We have all the beach gear you could need - towels, sarongs, chairs, cooler, umbrella, and a wagon to carry it all in. As parents, we know how stressful it can be to travel with little ones. You can breathe easy knowing that we have baby gates, a pack and play with additional mattress, high chair, toddler dishes, and some baby toys and books ready to be setup by the time you check in. Not into kids? No worries! We'll have all the baby gear tucked away and out of sight. The newly renovated and reopened Turtle Bay Resort is only a 10 minute walk. This means beaches, restaurants, and bars are all right down the road. A fitness center and spa are also available for non-resort guests (please check with the resort for covid restrictions and additional fees that apply). The resort pool and jacuzzi at the resort are not accessible for our guests; but no worries because the condo pool, BBQ area, and tennis courts are open and are even closer walking distance. The surrounding area has horse stables, walking and biking trails right outside your door as well as paddle boarding and surf lessons offered by local North Shore providers. Guest access The condo is located at Kuilima Estates East and is walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa. It is close to walking trails, beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf Course. Kuilima Estates East is about an hour drive from Honolulu International Airport and about an hour and a half drive from Waikiki. The condo includes one parking spot and overnight guest parking passes are also available. Other things to note Our guests always give our check in process 5 stars! With easy step by step keyless entry and self check in, our guests can arrive at anytime. We wanted our check out process to be as easy and relaxing as our check in, so we don't ask you to do complete any tasks upon check out. Our only ask is to kindly check out at 10:00am :) Keep in mind that Hawaii is known to have a few roaches, geckos and other insects, especially during the winter rainy season months. We do our best to keep them out by having monthly exterminations. To help us with this cause and to keep our Hawaii “pets” from entering, we ask that you put food away and keep screen doors shut at all times. The condo has its own private pool within the community, along with a charcoal BBQ pit and tennis courts. It's about a 2 minute drive to the resort or a 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, property and all other restaurants within the property, however the cabanas at the resort and the Turtle Bay Resort pool are reserved for hotel guests only. ***DISCOUNTS*** Please note, our pricing does change often, but we do NOT offer any discounts outside of what our nightly rate lists at the time of your booking.
