The space Blues Skyes is centrally located on Main Street in historic Brewster Village and is listed on the National Park Service's National Register of Historic Places. The guesthouse is within walking or brief driving distance to all that Brewster and Lower Cape Cod have to offer. The renovated building, has operated as guest house since 1953. Guests have the entire guesthouse to themselves making it one of the lower cape's unique places to stay. Blue Skyes is located on the Olde Kings Highway (Route 6A) in this historic sea captains' town on the quiet north side of Cape Cod. The guesthouse is quiet also located 200ft from the main road in an old cherry orchard. The 210-year-old main house is situated on 1 1/2 private acres. Blue Skyes is within walking or biking to bay beaches,many small shops, antiques, galleries and the famous Brewster General Store. Perfect for a romantic getaway or solitude for one. The bathroom has a full-size walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe, plus a sitting area with two wing chairs. A small desk is also upstairs for writing. the guesthouse has two tvs.. one upstairs in the bedroom.. one downstairs Downstairs there are arm chairs and a love seat in the living room. Relax in a wicker rocker or chair on the vporch, or rest inside with air conditioning in a comfortable living area with cable TV. Kitchen corner has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeepot, small refrigerator(no stove). Kitchen also has a table and chairs and full size bench when you enter. The cottage has accommodations for one couple or single at the posted rates. Air Conditioned and /or heated. sorry no children Guest access the guesthouse is located on our 210 year old property which is our home residence. Please be repectful of the property and there are no guests allowed. . sorry no children Other things to note I have a no-contact check in we cannot accept children. there is no charging of electic vehicles
