Welcome to our beautiful piece of paradise at Coconut Dreams Bed & Breakfast! Our home offers a wonderful shared indoor and outdoor living spaces with 5 private Bedrooms that have electronic locks. Comforts of home in paradise. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and a Bar-B-Q area outside. Perfectly located on S. Kihei Rd. A very short walk to the Beach or a few blocks from food, shopping, and a delicious Mai Tai. Easy access to Maui bus lines or a beautiful drive to anywhere your heart desires. The space Pineapple Dreams Guest Bedroom is the second largest of the three queen guest rooms we have to offer. This room has a Smart TV for your down time and a desk with comfortable office chair. Ideal spot to get some work done or some creativity flowing. A good place to search for that perfect place on Maui that you would like to see. You will find two beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie board, and a small tote cooler in the room for your use—at no extra charge—while you stay with us. We may also have a couple of SUP's available to loan out. UPDATE: We now have Split AC's through out the home! We are excited to finally add this amenity to our B&B, as we know a lot of our guests are not accustom to the Maui climate. The way our home is situated, we get wonderful trade winds every day and do not typically use the AC's, but our guests are more than welcome to. There are floor fans in every room and ceiling fans in the queen rooms. We do ask that you please turn off all electronics, fans, and lights when they are not in use. This helps to reduce the our carbon footprint on the island. Soon we will be fully SOLAR and so very excited about this! While I am new to the Bed and Breakfast industry, I do have experience in the service industry. I want your stay with us and on Maui to be AMAZING. I will aspire to be a great host and have my customer service skills on point. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact me as soon as possible, so I may get them corrected. We will have breakfast items available for your enjoyment stocked in the kitchen. There will be Milk, Juice, Muffins, Bread, Cereal, Coffee, Tea, and assortment of fresh fruits. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION - 17.42% - Maui County GET (4.1666%), HAWAII STATE (10.25%) & MCTAT (3%) TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATION TAXES are included as Taxes on the Airbnb Website. Taxes are subject to change per county rules. We are conveniently located on S. Kihei Road for easy access to all the great places you wish to visit while you are here. -Free on-site parking During your stay I will be available in person or via text/phone call. You will see us, but we want you to have space during your vacation, so if you want to socialize and talk story, I am available. Other things to note We, my husband Scott and I live in the private back area of the home. We will be available for any questions or issues you may have about the home or the island. We are doing some beautifying of the property; this will not be an issue for any of our guests while they stay. Guest is responsible for all taxes and fees. Changes in taxes and fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price. All taxes and fees will be collected at time of check if not collected at the time of booking.
