Lovely front and back porches in a quiet Mid-Cambridge neighborhood, landscaped garden & patio. Includes living room with study area & pull out sofa bed, bedroom with queen sized bed, window air conditioners, large closets and bathroom with tub for relaxing. Large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, disposal. Laundry is in the basement, down 2 flights of back stairs. Guest access Guest has access to full condo, to themselves. Backyard, free laundry & bicycle. For long term guests: all utilities, internet/cable. Other things to note This property is available for 30 days minimum, due to City law. Great for long term stays, school year or summer sessions.
