We do recommend a car but you are within walking distance to activities such as beaches, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, golf, pickleball & tennis. 10 minute drive to Hanalei. This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, soak up the sun & relax. The space Our beautiful quiet - peaceful condo with central AC is located in the pristine Princeville area ~ located on a magnificent bluff between the mountains and the sea. We are one of the newest developments in Princeville that offers world-class amenities. Gorgeous tropical Hawaiian landscaped grounds - A community area that includes a fabulous pool with waterfall, semi private hotbut area , pool side cabana and a Barbecue island in a tropical garden setting. Master bedroom has a comfortable King bed with smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen that gives you the opportunity to cook. A secure electronic coved garage for 1 mid size car only. We offer beach gear such as : Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkel gear. We definitely recommend a car. We are are a 3 min drive to the the 1 Hotel ~ and a 15-20 min walk to the 1 Hotel. The pathway is newly paved and the mountains while walking will take your breath away! Saturdays you can enjoy the farmers market which is 2O min walk and 2 min drive in Princeville. Our condo has been tastefully furnished and decorated keeping comfort and relaxation in mind. The space is perfect for couples or solo active vacationers that are looking for clean accommodation. High speed internet 500 Mbps for download 20 Mbps for upload. We provide you with all COMPLIMENTARY amenities while on your vacation. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, garbage bags & general household cleaning products. We have created a warm and inviting environment for our guests. It's is comfortable, clean and up to date. What makes our condo so inviting and special is being able to wake up to the beautiful rainbows early in the mornings, or being able to relax and watch magnificent sunsets from the patio. We have a beautiful sneak peak of the mountains and lovely trade winds that flow throughout the condo. We also have central AC throughout the the home. Our condo has a bi-level floor plan. So no one is above or below you making this peaceful and quiet. Master Bedroom with King size bed with smart 40" smart TV ~Bathroom, Laundry room are ground level~ Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Jack & Jill bathroom, patio are located on the second level. The Master bedroom is your own relaxing oasis with a King bed. Free access to wifi & has a 40" smart TV. This tastefully furnished room is very peaceful and relaxing. It has a spacious closet that is stocked with linens such as bath & beach towels. The bathroom has a shower/tub that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Living Room : Tastefully designed beach/boho style living room that is bright and breezy. There is a large 65" LG smart Tv. Fast free Wifi . Modern furniture and cozy sofa to relax on while enjoying a movie during your down time. The lanai off the dining room has seating for two and is perfect for morning coffee or for a relaxing evening while watching the sunset. The ceiling fans throughout the house are top of the line. Combined with the lovely trade winds you will have the perfect breeze flowing through the condo. We do offer AC!!!! The dining room as a full dining table and chairs. The kitchen: features granite counters & open shelving. Small seating on island counter with 2 bar stools. Large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The Kitchen is stocked with plenty cooking utensils and cookware. Coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crockpot, Vita Mix, dinnerware, and glassware, We supply salt, pepper & olive oil. There is a communal BBQ ~ we have provided you with BBQ tools and dinnerware. Parking : We have a lovely covered secure attached garage for compact 1 car only - Perfect so your vehicle can be parked away from the sun and the rain. Should you have a vehicle larger please inform me so I can get you a guest pass so you can park in a guest spot to avoid any damages in the garage:) You can use the garage key pad to access the garage. We do ask our guests to not block the driveway in the courtyard and park only inside the garage. Beach Gear : In the garage we have provided ~ 2 beach chairs, x 1 beach umbrella, snorkel gear (no fins) and a cooler box for your perfect day out! For PICKLEBALL - TENNIS - GOLF The Makai Club is 5 min walking distance. Fees apply when using their services. Please note we are unable to accommodate a late check out or early check in. We suggest if you have a late flight to book and extra night. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Self check in with lock box. Garage keypad code . Garage key pad does have a camera that only monitors outside of our garage. This is to ensure that no one backs into the garage. If the adjacent guest does we get an alert. You will receive your code 3 days prior to check in. :) Guests will enter the home through garage or front door with access to the lock box. House can be accessed either through the garage or front door. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we are unable to accommodate a late check out or early check in. Should you need a late check out, we suggest you book another night or adventure down to Hanalei or South for the day. :) Just a friendly island heads-up : Kauai is beautifully tropical, so from time to time guests may see the occasional gecko or rare roach despite routine pest control and regular spraying. It's simply part of island life here and not a reflection of cleanliness. We do our best to keep everything spotless and comfortable for your stay! Please note we do have AC. We do ask our guests to please be mindful when using it. :) All windows and sliding doors must remain closed to operate AC. We do have brand new overhead fans and standing fans. We get lovely trade winds which you will feel throughout the home. Most places do not offer AC ~ but if AC is a must it is there for your convenience!
