This house is conveniently located near many attractions, and is less than ten minutes from downtown Great Barrington. Before we accept your reservation, we will need to know the exact number in your party. Friday-Friday reservations prefered. The space Kayaks and a rowboat are made available for guests, however, we do not supply life jackets. So guests will be responsible for bringing their own life jackets. The house has been renovated to offer the most in comfort and accessibility. It has an open floor plan, making each room flow into another; a perfect fit for hosting family gatherings. The main level has a grand living room with sufficient seating, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a dining area deck with breathtaking views, and an outside deck overlooking the lake where you can spend delightful mornings and evenings. The main floor houses a master bedroom with a king size bed and a new kitchen and bathroom. The upper level has three bedrooms; one with a queen sized bed, one with two twin sized beds, the other with bunk beds and an additional modern full bathroom. The house opens to a large lawn just steps away from the lake where you can lay out in the sun, enjoy the view, or enjoy swimming, boating and fishing, or stargazing at night. The house is surrounded by trees to provide ample privacy. A total of four bedrooms, this home can easily accommodate 6-8 people and is perfect for a family or vacationing couples. The interior is very cozy with lots of windows inviting in the most natural light possible, brand new kitchen with appliances, hardwood floors, and high-speed internet access.
