Air bed available. House is on quiet cul-de-sac, 5-10 minute drives from downtown, UMass, Amherst & Hampshire Colleges. The space Our apartment is comfortable and cozy with blessed quiet and privacy; a perfect base of operations for a visit to the Pioneer Valley. Enjoy morning coffee outside the apartment sliding door and listen to the birds. In the summer it's cool and comfortable, although if you like we also have mini-split A/C. The apartment is just for you. There's a private patio area with a table and chairs through a sliding glass door looking out on the woods that is yours as well. Guest access You can park on the street right in front of the house. If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are available. We aren't on a bus route. The walk into downtown Amherst is about 20 minutes, and we're a five-minute drive into the UMass campus and a ten-minute drive to Amherst College. Hampshire College is about 15 minutes, and Smith and Mt. Holyoke 30 min. Other things to note There is a flight of outdoor steps down to the apartment. The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible. The space can accommodate up to four adults if two sleep on the couches or single air bed. If two of you are children or younger people then it works fine. See photos for more clarity, or contact us.
