You are under no obligation to attend any sales activity. PLEASE NOTE for most dates, due to high reservation demand, owners almost always pre-reserve units a year in advance where the reservation is 7 nights long with check-in on Fri, Sat, or Sun. If you desire check-in and/or check-out Mon thru Thur, we can coordinate any available additional reservation for the nights which are in addition to the 7 night reservation. HOWEVER the rate for additional reservation MAY be at a substantially higher nightly rate than shown for this listing. ALSO if you request a stay which is fewer than 7 nights, there will be times when the only way to provide a unit is via a pre-reserved 7 night reservation. NOTE This reservation DOESN'T INCLUDE COMPLIMENTARY DAILY housekeeping/amenities, although SOME SERVICES ARE COMPLIMENTARY: - 7 night stays include a mid week complimentary "Tidy Clean" which includes trash removal, new towels/linens (beds are made) and replacement of toiletries. Vacuuming is not performed although there is a vacuum in the unit :) - You may request additional Tidy Clean for approx $20 per Tidy Clean, or FULL CLEANING for a higher amount. - You may request fresh towels and/or linens to your unit, you do the work, $0 (free) This timeshare resort offers cribs and highchairs upon request. Rollaway beds are limited to one per villa and are not available for studio guests due to space limitations. This resort offers "Resort View" and "Ocean Front" units. This listing is for Resort View, THIS INCLUDES units which have ocean views and no ocean views. Due to the "floating ownership" at this timeshare resort, no one can guarantee you an ocean view unit if you make a Resort View reservation. We are happy to includes requests for building number and floor to be on, the resort will fulfill requests if they are able :) The 2br Villas in this Westin oceanfront resort is approximately 1220 square feet and sleeps 6 adults comfortably (Two King-sized Heavenly bed and one sofa bed). You may also request the resort provide an additional rollaway bed for an additional fee (appx. $25 but subject to resort prices) In addition, it features these amenities: •Dual Master suites with king-sized Westin Heavenly Bed, HD flat-panel TV, in suite bath with large shower, tub, and double vanity. •Living area with sofa bed, entertainment console including HD Flat-panel TV, DVD player and Bose Wave AM/FM radio •There is a "4th" bed which is a rollaway bed. The rollaway bed MUST BE REQUESTED from the front desk as it is not in the unit.
