Our home is located on 20 acres with the adjacent vineyard and winery. This room has its own entrance and is available for pet owners and pets. We do offer free wine tasting as well as coffee and breakfast. You are welcome to roam the vineyards and garden and check out the river but bring good shoes! The main floor includes a great room with wood stove and TV, a grand piano, and a sun room with desk, breakfast area, and library. We speak English and German and welcome everyone. There is one queen bed and a twin size hideabed. The room is large and we do have space for a floor mattress as well. We have a large home with 5 cats and 3 bedrooms for guests. We work full time with the vineyards, garden and winery which you are welcome to tour. This is the ONLY pet friendlyroom we offer. Guests are welcome to enjoy any area on the main floor (great room, kitchen, sun room, dining area, music area with grand piano). All the grounds are yours to explore and there is river access as well. While we work hard we are almost always on site and enjoy visiting. However if you wish to be on your own that’s fine too! There are a few houses to the south of us but otherwise we have the river to the west, vineyard to the East, and pasture to the north. We are on a dead end so no traffic here! Many fruit trees and a large garden and shady yard complete the picture. Your own vehicle is needed. Town is within walking distance for good walkers!! You’ll need good footwear as this is a working operation and a bit rough. We have 5 cats and while they are friendly they can be naughty so if you’re offended by animal smells don’t book here!
