Welcome to our Cottage by the Bay. Our newly renovated three bedroom and one bath Tudor style home has modern amenities with old style beach charm. One block from the beautiful free Delaware Bay beaches that always offer stunning sunsets. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. This is our second year renting and we are excited to host new guests as well as returning guests. We have enhanced the entire property so that it will feel like a home away from home with the casual comforts everyone can appreciate. This home is full of warmth and comfort. It has the uniqueness of an original Tudor beach house but the updates for comfort. You can walk to the beach or get on a bike and ride to Harpoons on the Bay for sunset and cocktails. Only two miles from the Cape May-Lewes ferry where you can enjoy live music on the outside patio and grab a burger. Cape May is a 8 minute car ride which is where you will find the famous “Washington Street Mall” which is filled with shops and restaurants. Or take the kids to Wildwood for some rides which is 15 minutes away. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries to visit (Ubers are easily assessable)! Guest access You will have access to the home as well as the yard which includes a large deck for enjoying the outside. Other things to note Please note we provide linens, towels, pillows, blankets, kitchen start up items BUT do not provide beach towels. When returning from the beach we ask that you wash your feet outside by the shower. The inside shower has a dispensing unit filled with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The outside shower will have bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We ask that all dishes are washed and put away before check out, all linens and towels be placed in laundry room in baskets.
