This upgraded studio is appointed with 2 Queen-size comfortable mattresses. The kitchenette has a glass top stove. A medium size fridge, microwave and coffee maker too. It is also well stocked with basic silverware, dinnerware and cookware. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Photos that you see is the actual unit!! Beach essentials provided: ✔ Beach chairs ✔ Beach towels Guest access The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within the same block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city Bus stop called "The Bus" where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too! Other things to note *Notice: To ensure the property remains in excellent condition, the building management periodically schedules essential maintenance, including pest control, window cleaning, emergency water shutoffs for repairs, and other necessary work. While we may not always know the exact schedule at the time of booking, we will promptly inform guests if any scheduled maintenance is expected to impact their stay. As part of this important process, the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi Deck area will be locked and secured and ALL of the area’s amenities will NOT BE available for use. Please be advised that the building will undergo a pest control program on the following dates: Feb 4, April 1, June 3, Aug 5, Oct 7, Dec 2, 2025, from 9am - 1pm. (Dates are subject to change) You may stay in the unit if you prefer to do so and although the product to be used has no smell and is not airborne, we highly encourage you to still leave your room and secure ALL of your valuables so that the staff may take their time in doing so. The personnel will have access to the rooms already, so please feel free to leave the room earlier than the said schedule. Again, we highly encourage you to secure any valuables left in the room. Our company as your host will send your information to register. We will contact you prior to arrival and available during your stay. Our office is in Waikiki. We are from the island and will be happy to share great places to see and do! Parking is not included. Guests may park in the adjacent parking garage in the Island Colony for $45/day (rates are subject to change). Please pay attendant direct (ProPark). The parking booth is all automated and is not attended 24/7. Should you need parking assistance, in front of IC Front Desk is a Parking Automated Machine/Box that has a button. You can just press the button and the Parking Manager will be contacted. For another option, you can park for free right along the Ala Wai Canal . And there's also a metered parking nearby that is free after 5:30 PM. Please take note that the hours & availability for parking at the Ala Wai Canal & metered parking nearby may change without prior notice.
