Grand Historic Grabow “Canyon” 1BR (23)

Canyon (23) is a pretty 1BR on the second floor with a queen in the bedroom and a comfortable queen pullout couch in the LR (advise us to prep it if needed; BR guests must transit LR for bathroom). One set of stairs, dine in full kitchen or at table in pleasant LR with large pretty windows, cozy bathroom with showertub, toilet, sink. Shared use of entry lobby, 2nd & 3rd floor mini-lobbies, shaded side garden, and rear shaded patio. The space The historic Grabow Hotel building (today condos) sits in scenic downtown Livingston, MT, the original 1883 rail gateway to Yellowstone, the world's first national park. Mountain views, restaurants, shops, night life, galleries, museums, and more. Just under an hour to Yellowstone's north entrance at Gardiner, open year round. 35 minutes to Chico Hot Springs, 45 to Bridger Bowl's downhill/XC skiing. Anthony Bourdain said of Livingston, "This might well just be the most awesome place on earth!" Other things to note The M-F 9-5 two-hour weekday parking limit directly in front basically amounts to, avoid that between 11-3, but overnight/weekend is fine, normal neighborhood spots are close by too, and don't panic, enforcement is sometimes lax. Heat is an original central radiator system, so occasional pipe noise or hiss in the LR may be possible in cooler weather. We think of it as character kind of like the occasional train noises, but fyi :-) Trash if needed is a black dumpster two rights out front building door around the side yard. Please use black MAKEUP washcloths for makeup instead of the white cloths, bad smears may mean throwing away - thanks!
