Downstairs is the living room and small but convenient kitchen with pantry & fridge space for guests’ items. Coming soon is the ground floor premium bedroom w/ private bath and separate entrance. Down a few stairs in the basement is the laundry with laundry supplies. Upstairs on the 2nd floor is the current listing, the budget-friendly bedroom. There is a larger guest room next door and these two bedrooms share the bath on this floor. Bharati Carla works with these home-hosts to incorporate some of what is found at the original HoWB Ile Alafia, including protocols for air quality, ambient light and sound. Though not outfitted with the newest, most modern amenities, we pride ourselves on providing everything needed to go about your day in comfort and convenience. There are stairs from the sidewalk to the front door; and also stairs from the entrance to the 2nd floor private bedroom/bath. It’s an older home so the staircase is standard size not super spacious. Also, if a basement full of collectibles is unappealing to you, there is a coin-operated laundry just around the corner.
