Large & stylish 5 Bed home w/ POOL, 30 mins to NYC

Just 30-35 min direct train/car ride to NYC. Enjoy the day poolside, BBQng, playing ping pong outside, and in the many living spaces throughout the house. At night, eat under the stars, roast marshmallows over the firepit, and enjoy a night swim in the heated pool. Nearby towns: Maplewood, Millburn, Montclair, and New York City! Enough beds to comfortably sleep 10, but we also have 3 single trundle beds, 2 toddler mattresses (<6 yrs of age), and a couch in the primary bedroom. The space The 4700 sq ft property is very well manicured and maintained, with a new heated pool and hard/landscaping. The house is spacious with 5 large bedrooms, abundant closet space, 3 separate lounge areas inside (Den with TV, family room, and 3-season room), including a finished basement with exercise equipment and a kids play space. There are eating spaces in the kitchen (island seating), dining room, and an outside dining table on the wooden deck. Outside, there is also plenty of lounge furniture, including eating around the Solo fire pit, pool lounge chairs, and bean bag lounge seats. The backyard is also fenced in, for privacy and security. Guest access Plenty of driveway parking, enough for approximately 5 cars. Other things to note Enough beds to comfortably sleep 10, but we also have 3 single trundle beds, 2 toddler mattresses (~6 yrs and younger), a couch in the primary bedroom (for 5'4'' person and under), and even a fold out couch in the finished basement that would be OK for two kids.
