These Tiny Homes feature all the comforts of a standard home including Heat/AC, Kitchen, Bathroom, living room and sleeping loft. Each Tiny Home sleeps 4 adults with a queen bed in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. Outside is a private picnic area and Hot Tub! The space Located in the Riverview RV Park in Beautiful Bellevue Iowa, these custom built Tiny Homes are one of a kind in the area and are your log cabin getaway along the River. The Pet-Friendly cabins offer a great place for you to relax with a loved one or friends while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Private hot tub available. Enjoy a full kitchen with cook top, fridge, microwave, and all the cooking utensils of home. Each Tiny Cabin has a picnic area outside along with a full restroom and living room as well as a sleeping loft. Guest access Guests have access to all RV Park amenities including WIFI, bath house, boat ramp, boat docks, fish cleaning station, park pavilion, children's playground, and fishing areas. Private Hot-Tub available year round. Other things to note There will be a one-time pet fee added to your stay if bringing a pet. Private hot tub available year round. Firewood for your fire-pit can be purchased on site. Choose from 4 different tiny homes all on property. In the situation of a known flood event we will notify you in advance and offer to re-book up to one year from your arrival date. There is no threat of flash flooding.
