Hardwood floors, new kitchen, private deck and yard, parking*. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, office. Smart tv, wifi, well-appointed kitchen. The perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, biking, birding, sight-seeing, skiing, skating, shopping, gallery-hopping... Make yourself a cup of tea or pour a glass of wine and relax on the private sunny deck, taking in the views. Enjoy your favorite show on the smart TV. Or take a leisurely stroll into Amherst center. Firewood is available for the outdoor fire pit. *Driveway spot fits ONE CAR. If you need additional parking, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide a supplemental parking agreement. And please let us know if you're expecting guests so we can let them know where to park. Guest access Guests have their own entrance with a code for the door and a driveway parking spot. Guests can use the Cottage's front yard, back yard, and back deck. The adjacent yard and driveway parking spots belong to the owners next door. If you will have more than one car at any time during your stay, or if you will have guests visiting, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide the supplemental parking agreement. Other things to note A freight train line runs past the trees behind the property. Trains pass once or twice a day during the week, not on weekends.
