You can access 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large kitchen/dining area, and two beautiful living room spaces during your stay. We offer Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room space. This home is a perfect place to bring the whole family or multiple families. Each bedroom is its own oasis, set up in style with comfortable furniture, sizable closets, bedside lighting, and a Smart TV. An overview of the Waukee Guest House layout: Main floor-- Kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, laundry room, full bathroom, two bedrooms with Queen-sized beds, master bedroom with King-sized bed, and a dedicated master bath. Basement-- Rec room with large sectional couch and 70-inch Smart TV, Full Bathroom, Bedroom with two Twin-sized beds. Guest access Large driveway and free street parking. Other things to note Our home is a very comfortable space for up to ten people to gather while traveling to the Des Moines area. We are two minutes away from the KeeTown Loop, Vibrant Music Hall. Many of the city's best restaurants are just minutes away; steakhouses, seafood, Iowa BBQ, Sushi, brunch, etc are all within a short drive of our home. We are right off the Interstate, less than 20 minutes from the airport, and on a straight 12-minute path to everything in Downtown Des Moines.
