Waukee, Iowa is a fast-growing, family-friendly community located just 15 minutes from downtown Des Moines, IA (driving). Our Guest House is in a new, walkable neighborhood with easy access to the Timberline Soccer Complex. Waukee boasts 23 miles of trails that make getting around town by foot and bicycle a breeze. The Heart of the Warrior Trail runs East to West across the city while the Raccoon River Valley Trail offers a bicycle path to downtown Des Moines. Our home is a very comfortable space for up to ten people to gather while traveling to the Des Moines area. We are two minutes away from the KeeTown Loop, Vibrant Music Hall. Many of the city's best restaurants are just minutes away; steakhouses, seafood, Iowa BBQ, Sushi, brunch, etc are all within a short drive of our home. We are right off the Interstate, less than 20 minutes from the airport, and on a straight 12-minute path to everything in Downtown Des Moines.
