Newly renovated 250 square ft studio at Near Beach Rentals. 300 yards to Glendon Beach. Fully furnished studio waits for your Cape Cod getaway. Head to the beach in the morning and you're close enough to walk back for lunch. Studio comes with a queen bed, a twin bed, kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, air conditioning, 40" smart TV, newly renovated bathroom, Wifi, and access to the shared courtyard with grills and furniture. The space Near Beach Rentals is a newly renovated studio condos with a common courtyard. The space is great for family and friend gatherings as everyone is able to enjoy the beach, surrounding fun and courtyard together while still having their own space. (Sorry we don't have any efficiency condos with adjoining doors) Guest access You will have full access to your studio unit which includes a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave; all dishes and utensils are included. Each studio has its own bathroom with towels provided. Each studio is slightly different with layout and includes either a queen and twin bed or a queen bed and a fold down couch. The courtyard is shared by all guests. Other things to note THE OFF SEASON - while we are open during the typical "off season" the bathrooms do not have their own heat source. The studio itself is heated and quite cozy but you will want to keep the bathroom door open when not in use. The outdoor shower is turned off during the off season. There is (1) parking spot per studio. Parking is on a dirt road. The studios are side by side, not stand-alone units. The coffee pot provided is a 4-cup coffee maker. Inside the studio we do supply premeasured coffee pouches - but you are welcome to bring your own ground coffee and filters.
