Iowa House Loft Suite 303

The Iowa House Historic Inn, built in 1924, was converted from the Delta Chi fraternity house in 2008. Massive renovations turned this frat house into a charming 15 room bed and breakfast. Room 303 at the Iowa House. Spiral staircase leads to the loft. The space Room 303 is connected to our spare bedroom 305. 305 may be added onto 303 for an extra charge. This adds an extra bedroom with another full-sized bed, which must share the bathroom with 303. This is our cheaper option over renting an additional entire room, for families or larger groups.
