For your enjoyment, we have placed all the amenities of home in your condo. The space Our loft was newly renovated recently. The old kitchen removed and replaced with European style cabinets and quartz countertops with a stainless steel backsplash. All new appliances which are also stainless steel. Other things to note For parking, you have two convenient options: 1. Street Parking: Available from 8 AM to 7 PM, payable by the hour. Please note, street parking is free on Sundays. 2. Parking Garage: Located next door at 310 Carondelet St. (Ez Park), with a daily rate of approximately $28. For the comfort and safety of guests and residents, please do not let anyone enter the building with you or open the lobby door for them. Everyone must use a key fob or a code to enter the building.
