Description

Beacon Hill The space Beacon Hill! 2 BLOCKS FROM BOSTON PUBLIC GARDEN AND 1 BLOCK FROM CHARLES STREET IN HISTORIC BEACON HILL THE MOST CHARMING NEIGHBORHOOD IN BOSTON! WALK ACROSS THE BOSTON COMMON TO THE AMC MOVIE THEATER TO SEE A MOVIE! THE BOSTON HISTORIC TROLLEY TOURS ALL STOP AT CHARLES STREET AND MT. VERNON 1 BLOCK AWAY! Loft Like Apartment with hardwood floors a Large Full Kitchen, Living Room/Dining Room, Bathtub with Water Purifier attached to the shower head, Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV with Smart TV, Turntable/CD/Aux Dock for iPod or iPhone music, Two Decorative Marble Fireplaces, Queen size bed, Lots of Light, gorgeous Crown Molding and eleven foot high ceilings! Very unique open feel. The bedroom looks at the houses on Louisberg Square, the most affluent section of Beacon Hill! One block from Charles Street and two blocks from the Boston Public Garden (the first botanical garden in the United States) and Boston Common (the first park in the United States)! There is a private free Washer/Dryer downstairs in the building where there are only 6 apartments in the building. It's a great space! Four blocks from Massachusetts General Hospital and Charles/MGH Subway stop. Everything is within walking distance here. It is only one flight of stairs to the apartment from the front door. There is a really comfortable couch the opens up and can be used as a full sized bed in the living room, if someone wants to sleep on it and the other person wants to sleep in the bed. We listed it as Accommodates 2 in case it is a couple and both people want to sleep in the bed or two friends where one sleeps on the couch. Beacon Hill is the most exclusive neighborhood in Boston! It has an Old Town feel with continuously operating Gas Lamps throughout the neighborhood for over 100 years and wood store signs with brick fronts. Feels like the late 1800s. Excellent restaurants on Charles Street. Whole Foods is 5 blocks away. This is where the Abolitionist Movement started and some of the best writers in America lived on this hill, including Ralph Waldo Emerson, Louisa May Alcott, Robert Frost, Longfellow, etc. It is where John Kerry lives. Very wealthy, very creative. Send request for availability. Must be trustworthy and accountable! We only accept a CLEAN quiet person or couple who DOESN'T DRINK OR DO DRUGS. We will need your reliable professional references. While there is a coffee maker above the oven, no one has used it in years since there are 3 top of the line coffee shops one block away and another 2 blocks away. And the space you are getting is the space depicted in the pictures. What you see is what you get, a sparsely decorated, clean, open, beautiful space to stay in. We are offering this beautiful space in the wealthiest neighborhood in Boston for less then what we are paying. The Queen sized bed is for you to sleep in. We are not renting out our patio! If you are interested as stated or want to negotiate, please let us know right away. Thank you. Please note this is our current listing for the past 8 years and it has nothing to do with some of the previous reviews from over 8 years ago seen below. It is one flight of stairs up now! Guest access Bedroom, Bathroom with tub and shower, Kitchen, Living Room.
