The space The house is 10 minutes from Mohican Center and White Lake—perfect for kayaking, hiking, fishing, and more. It is also located near Mohican Farm, which operates a family-owned farm-to-table restaurant and store. Just 5 minutes away from supermarkets (ACME and Dale’s Market), Rite Aid, Dollar General, and restaurants. Explore nearby Race Farms for seasonal plants and flowers, as well as fresh produce. No matter the season, a 30 minutes drive to the Poconos offers ample outdoor activities from skiing and snowboarding to camping and numerous hiking trails. Warm months bring colorful blooms, attracting many butterflies and birds (If you're lucky, you can even see the occasional eagle or hawk). On the way to the woods, you may spot a group of apple, pear and peach trees. Picturesque fall foliage, perfect for photoshoots and fall activities. Most attractions and activities are just a short drive away. Parking is always available. The main downtown area is walkable, with cute shops, eateries, and even a small waterfall! Throw out cigarette butts and other things in trash, not outside *The basement and garage are closed *If you hear a loud sound coming from the basement, it’s the sump pump. The house water filters are regenerating. **Follow hot tub rules in house manual *Please use bug spray when walking out in the lawn or woods and check yourself for ticks. Lyme disease is no joke.
