Equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards coolers , beach shoes , beach supplies /toys,dvds,picnic table extra chairs/table for parties 🎉 Not many homes around here provide AC but we do! It’s only in the kitchen/living room area but helps take the edge off if you are not used to humidity.. — Internet TV/Netflix, & firestick. In all rooms DVD player for lanai. Games ,books & array of cookware & supplies-blender/waffle maker etc. Kitchen will be partially stocked spices,oils condiments & unopened/unexpired items others leave. One of the cats does occasionally sneak in to the lanai so please let us know if this is a problem & I’ll have Logan corral her during your stay. **POTENTIAL FOR NOISE** We have Coqui frogs that croak at night.
