Every room features original artwork by the owner-artist, RS.Wallace -- So be sure to take it all in! Guest access This room is one of four private rooms available to guests in our two-story 1,300-square-foot townhome, La Petite Maison, circa 1890. Typical of American homes on the main level, there's a family room, a dining room, kitchen, half bathroom and patio-garden, while the bedroom quarters and shared, full-bathroom are on the second floor. We also have a separate guest suite on the ground level which is set-up with its own amenities, independent from our private room amenities. During your stay 📳You may reach me by SMS, or of course through AirBnB messaging -- whichever is most convenient for you. If we are away during your stay, our housekeeper is usually nearby and is happy to help. Other things to note Weekly housekeeping is complimentary of all the common areas; If you would like in-room housekeeping, this can be arranged. All household goods are provided -- soap, paper towels, cleaning products, trash bags, etc -- as well as basic toiletries, such as hand soap, shampoo-conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper. Also, all utilities and WiFi are provided. As we are cater to long-term stays, it is expected that guests manage their use of the common spaces as they would hope to fine them: Clean! This also extends to trash and recycling which is something that guests are responsible for during their stay -- properly disposing of waste in the kitchen bins, and then emptying as required, and taking to the curb on trash days. While we provide air filters with UV-C within each common room, we also provide hand sanitizer for use by the household, but we ask that if guests feel ill or are actively sneezing and/or coughing, that you mask when leaving your room and going into shared spaces. We want to keep our home safe and healthy for everyone! *** Privacy disclosure: We have security cameras at the main entrance and in the common areas of the home's interior. Set on motion-sensor mode, the records are only ever reviewed if there is need. Please also note that we rotate all of our linens (duvets, shams, sheets, towels, etc) for laundering between our guests, which means that how you see the bed made in the photos may not be 100% reflective of the exact linens you will have during your stay.
