Spacious home. Perfect for longer term guests.

We have a large home that we would love to share with. Have been rated the #2 best Airbnb in Sioux City by Trip101. We have had great luck with long term guests. Important to note that we have a very dog. He is limited to certain areas but, if you have allergies, this might not be the best place for you. If you don't, he will accept all the petting you care to give. We have a wonderful and spacious home. Guests have access to all common areas. All household members have been vaccinated. You are welcome to make yourself at home while staying with us. Love to cook? We have a great kitchen. Want to relax? In the summer you are welcome to use the pool. In the winter, we have a large theater room. My wife and I are both professionals. We opened up our home to guests because we enjoy meeting new people and helping them enjoy their stay in our community. The neighborhood is a well established residential area that is filled with a combination of folks that have lived here for years and younger professionals. Public transportation doesn't really exist in the area. We do have Lyft and Uber available in Sioux City. We also have guest parking in our driveway for your personal vehicle. We do have 2 loving dogs that will want to get to know you. They are limited in where they are allowed and we have the capacity to keep them on a separate level but, if you are allergic, this may not be the best spot for you. If you are not allergic, they will take all the love you care to give.
