Clean, spacious condo just steps from the MBTA

Perfect location for you to rest and relax during your Boston vacation. Located in a great area just 0.2 miles from the Green MBTA B Line, which will take you right to Fenway Park (3.4 mi) or Downtown Boston. The condo is 1.5 mi to Boston College, 3 mi from Longwood Medical area. Located on the top floor of a beautiful, fully renovated Victorian home. Central heat and air! Located on a very safe street in Brighton. The space This rental is ideal for 1-4 guests. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. We ask that all guests adhere to our quiet hours policies (Located under "Things to Know > >House Rules >> Show More") as our home is directly below the rental unit. Specifically, our young daughter sleeps below the living room/balcony in the rental unit and our bedroom is below the kitchen. If you plan on having late nights or hosting friends and family in the area unfortunately our place is not the ideal location. Or if you have young children, our place is not the right fit because it is small without any outdoor space. With a young child of our own, we are well aware of how active and noisy they can be! We have had noise issues with guests with young children in the past, so we prefer not to rent to families with children under the age of 12. If you will not be able to check in before 8:00pm or plan to check out before 7:00am, then our unit is not the best fit for your needs. Please reach out if you have specific questions. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3rd floor of the house, which is a private 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Other things to note Off-street parking available for one car in our driveway. Please note that we are in the Boston city limits and parking on the streets is primarily for residents. There is extremely limited non-resident parking and it is difficult to find a spot if you have additional cars. We are only able to offer parking in our driveway for one car.
