Enjoy your time on the cape in our newly renovated Family Friendly, pet free, 3 Bedroom 3 Bath 2,100 Square foot single family detached single family home just a 90 second stroll to the public beach, a 3 minute walk to a Bucks Pond Private Beach, and a 10-15 minute drive to several shore, ocean and bay side beaches. No worries about bringing linens, bath and beach towels, they are all provided! The space Extensively renovated in 2018, the first floor has a beautiful living room with recessed lighting and a 60” HDTV. There is a sitting room that can be used as a dining room. A country kitchen with pine floors, fireplace and new stainless steel stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the rear, there is a bedroom with a full bed, 40” HDTV, brand new hardwood floors and the first full bathroom. Upstairs has another full bathroom and two more bedrooms with brand new hardwood floors. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a fold away crib and a 48” 4k TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The basement has a half bath and free to use washer and dryer. Outside is a deck just off the kitchen with new outdoor furniture and two BBQ Grills. To the left of the deck is a new cedar outdoor shower with a bench and changing area, perfect to wash of the sand after a day on the beach! There is a driveway for off-street parking for two larger cars or up to three sub compact cars. Two electric car charging stations are available one dedicated to Teslas on the exterior of the home and one for all EV’s in the garage.
