Charming residence in Wellesley, MA. 30 minutes to the Foxboro Stadium - World Cup. Also, a short walk to Boulder Brook Reservation and Morse Pond with beach and swimming area. Wellesley College, Boston Marathon Route, Lake Waban, the Commuter Rail train to Boston, and Babson College are also nearby. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are only accepting fully vaccinated guests. The house is a short walk to Boulder Brook reservation and Morse Pond which has a beach and swimming area. Additionally, Wellesley College, Boston Marathon Route, Lake Waban, the Commuter Rail train to Boston, and lively Wellesley Center (mid-point for the Boston Marathon) are 2 miles from the home. Paved sidewalks from the house to town making it easy to walk or bike into town. Several restaurants and shops are available to enjoy in Wellesley center and if you decide to go for a run, there is a lovely 2 mile loop around Lake Waban. The Commuter Rail Train from Wellesley to Boston is a smooth, hastle free 35 minute train ride, and brings you to South Station from which you can walk to most of Boston’s attractions. Babson College, known for its entrepreneurial programs, is approximately 3 miles from the home. Regis College is 2 miles from the home and Mass Bay Community College, Dana Hall and Walnut Hill Schools are also in close proximity. Additionally, we are approximately a 25 minute drive to Brandeis and Bentley College. The neighborhood is very quaint and the street was used in the filming of a Friendly's commercial. Guest access Access is to 3 Bedrooms (2 Queen Size Beds and 1 Single bed ), 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen/Great room, Living Room, Patio and Backyard. Our home has a large backyard of mature trees and flowering plants that is available for your use. Wifi is available throughout the house and in the backyard. Other things to note Fully Equipped - Towels, sheets, pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, spices and some condiments are available for your use. Numerous games and books are also available for your enjoyment and there is a large screen TV in the Living room. There are also 2 bikes (on the older side but functional) available for your use to bike to town or the beautiful natural resources nearby.
