Family house has spacious living room and dining room, two bedrooms share one bathroom, kitchen with porch. It's a solar room. Plenty of free private parking available. Walk to Quincy Adams T Red Line (subway train) in 5 minutes, You should go downstairs at first, and then by the elevator to 5th floor to Independence ave, walking on the Verchild street to my house. Marriott hotel(Quincy) is nearby. The space our house is near Marriott hotel (quincy), south shore mall----Macy's, Sears, Target. Chinese restaurants and markets. Guest access you need make your reservation before 10pm, keep quiet after 10pm. Can’t have a party anytime, if you do that, be penalty $200. Have friends to visit you who must leave the house before 11pm, if you against the rule, be penalty $100. Thanks for obey the house rules!
