Accordingly, if you book a stay with Kailua Surf & Sand but (1) the State of Hawaii and/or the City and County of Honolulu disallows travel to Hawaii or (2) puts in place rules and requirements such that you elect not to travel to Hawaii, the Kailua Surf & Sand cancellation policy shall still apply and Kailua Surf & Sand shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by you in connection with such cancellation (such as airplane tickets, car rental reservations, travel insurance, etc.).
