Oceanfront condo, Spectacular Sunsets!

Our Hale Ho’omaha is right on the oceanfront with a seasonal beach. Awesome sunsets with an unimpeded 180 degree view of the ocean, Lana’i, and Moloka’i is what you get at our Maui home! Easy access to the ocean for snorkeling, swimming, or paddleboarding. We are on the first floor with direct access to all this from the lanai. Come relax at our home! The space We have 750 square feet of living space in our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. We have a fully stocked kitchen that has all your cooking needs fulfilled. We have an ice maker, just make sure the arm is down so it’s in ice making mode. We are on the first floor, giving you easy access to the oceanside area right off the lanai, where there are loungers and barbecues. Guest access You also have access to the pool area. Other things to note Our most common question is about the beach. We are located in an area with natural beach habitat… meaning there is nothing man-made about it (such as sand that has been brought in and deposited). This also means that our area is at the mercy of nature… high surf, currents, tides, etc. All of these things contribute to beach build-up and beach erosion. Generally, nature’s patterns create a building up of the beach from March through October and an erosion of the beach from November to February. At the current time, on our northwest side of the island, we are in an erosion pattern, therefore our beach, and most of the other natural beaches in our area, are much more eroded than normal.
