The space The home is made up of a living/dining combination, music room, & large kitchen (no cooking please) w/ sun porch. This shared common space is elegantly appointed and conveniently located in Ipswich. Easy access to Essex, Hamilton, Wenham, Beverly, Rowley, Topsfield and other surrounding towns makes this property a great escape. At approximately 30 miles from Boston, Cedarwood Farm offers Bostonians a quick getaway or an opportunity to work remotely while enjoying pastoral views of horses grazing in open fields. Or, take advantage of the scenic walking trails. The Queen Bedroom Suite is on the second level with a hallway 1/2 bath. The full bathroom is on the 1st level in the den. Please note: + Guests must use steps to access the bedroom. + We are not set up for children or pets. During your stay We visit the property regularly and are always available by Airbnb message and our co-host Edwin lives just a mile away. We have a property manager named Johnathan that lives in the house and has to walk through the kitchen to enter/exit the home.
