This modern but cozy first floor unit has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation at the Jersey Shore including beautiful sunsets over, Barnegat Bay! Our beautifully decorated, well kept home is steps away from a mini bay beach, the heated pool, or a short walk to the beach. Easy on/off from LBI to Mainland; walking/biking distance of great restaurants and activities for the whole family! The space Perfect 3 bdrm (sleeps 8 with pull out couch) beach oasis with Bay Views. This hard to find, perfectly located gem, with a coastal vibe will give your family all the comforts of home. Centrally located a few blocks from the beach (5-7 min walk) Surf City Pizza, Blue CLaw seafood store, dining, mini golf, and ice cream. Short drive to shops, restaurants, and amusement park. The Space 3 bedrooms, one queen bed, one full bed, and two twins beds . 1.5 Baths: Master has 1/2 bath ensuite. Full bath with shower and bathtub in hallway for all access. Open kitchen/living floor plan. Huge front deck with new Pollywood table and chairs so you can dine outside all times of the day. New heated pool, restoration hardware lounges and outdoor dining space in the back. Guest Access Door will be open with keys and 6 beach badges inside when you arrive. Other things to note The owners (top) unit is occupied by our family but we try to give exclusive access to the pool during your stay. There may be minimal overlap with our family (2 girls ages 12 and 8). Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of under the house where owners store personal items. Other things to note We love hosting and will follow our guests on how much they would like (or not) to interact. Know that the owners unit is upstairs in case you need anything. We want you to have fun but also want you to know we have 2 girls so like to have things quiet by 10pm. So if you're looking for a party house, this is not it. =)
