There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the lower unit. The lower unit features is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The living room has a 55" flat panel HDTV. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a dining deck off the living room. There is an outdoor shower and a patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has ductless air conditioning units in the living room and all of the bedrooms which cool the entire floor. Other amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 4 beach badges are provided. NO CLEANING FEES. Service Fees: Service fees are solely determined by, charged by and paid to VRBO. These fees are not controlled or collected by the owner. Taxes: VRBO is required by the State of NJ to charge and collect 11.625% tax on all rentals processed through this site. Prices: Prices vary by season, nights booked, and listing service.
