Allergies: While we do not allow pets, our house is NOT “pet free” as pets have stayed here. Bright, open and comfortable. Just a few houses from the beach in a very quiet part of town. The LEHYC part of Beach Haven is a very desirable residential neighborhood. It is very quiet and a popular area for running, walking and biking. You'll need a car to get here, but once you arrive you'll be walking to the beach. Bikes are a great way to get around. Bring your own or rent on the island. Most bars, restaurants and shops are about 1 mile away. It's a nice walk or an easy bike ride. If you have young kids you may need to drive though. There are four ductless "mini split" air conditioners in the downstairs unit. One in each of the three bedrooms and one in the living room. This is more than sufficient to cool the entire unit. There are also several floorstanding fans in the bedrooms. To get you started, a roll of Toilet paper is provided in the bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Guests will need to obtain any additional paper products themselves. Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags ARE provided. Typical check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am but can be flexible depending on whether other guests are scheduled. Parking for 3 cars on the property. Note: There is one external security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway/parking area.
