Bonus: Farm-like experience with 2 goats & chickens The space This adorable 920sf attached mother-in-law suite is the perfect get away. The home is bright and cheery. You can sleep 4 guests plus an infant. The owners do live on the property, but you have a private space and your own private entrance. The home sits on 1/2 an acre. When you arrive, you have 2 parking spots to use on the righthand side of the driveway. There are pavers and a sidewalk that leads you up to your private newly renovated (January 2022) front porch. Enjoy the outdoor furniture which seats 4. The porch has a brand new metal roof, Cypress beams, and a horizontal privacy fence which allows plenty of natural light. Feel free to turn on the string lights and enjoy the views! Upon entry, you will notice how nicely decorated it is with plenty of built-ins and lighting. Carpet free as of September 2024. New recessed lighting in the den, hallway, and dining room. The new queen sofa bed has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress. There are also two large cozy sitting chairs with tons of pillows and a throw blanket to curl up with. Feel free to kick back and watch a movie on the new 55" smart TV equipped with Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and Disney +. You will also find a record player with a selection of records to choose from. The dining area features a wet bar with a Keurig coffee and tea station, dining table with bar chairs, small velvet couch, office desk and chair worh writing supplies, and nice artwork. You have a cute kitchen immediately off the dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need including a stainless steel refrigerator, retro microwave, dish washer, new oven (replaced 2023), and washer and dryer. The apartment was renovated a few years ago. The bathroom is extremely well designed, and you truly feel like you are in a hotel or spa. The sink and spacious shower are wheelchair accessible and equipped with support bars. The large shower has 2 sets of sprayer nozzles and a large seat. There is no tub. There is a baby bath available to use in or out of the shower. The floors are heated and the temperature control is located in the bedroom. The bedroom is located right off the den, and the bathroom can be entered from here or from the dining area. This room is extremely spacious, has nice wood floors, a 42" smart TV, matching bedside tables and dresser from Nadeau, and a king sized Serta Icomfort adjustable and vibrating bed! Each side of the bed can be controlled and adjusted independently of one another by 2 different remotes. You will have a much needed heavenly rest! This mother-in-law suite has its own ac unit, heater, duct work and thermostat completely separate from the home it is attached to. You may use one of the 2 bikes upon request. There is a bike tire pump, combination lock, and tool kit available to use. You must lockup bikes when not in use or you will be liable if they go missing. Bonus farm-like experience: We also have a large chicken coop that you can view from the kitchen window. Our ladies free range daily so feel free to say hi and/or give them some treats. We provide you with fresh yard eggs.
