Each room offers remote black out shades that make sleeping in almost impossible not to do. Close to downtown Bozeman as well as walking distance to hospital; (for traveling medical personnel) and right up the road from walking/biking trails, this stand-alone condo really has it all. You can sit outside on the patio, wine glass in hand or set up your lap-top on the height adjustable desk in the upstairs office. The mountain views outside on the patio as well as from the office window are absolutely breathtaking. There is even a quaint balcony area outside the master where you can unwind after a busy day or enjoy that mug of espresso and watch the sunrise. Garage and driveway parking available as well as street side if needed. This is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. This location is fairly close to any and all amenities. For the shopping enthusiast and foodie, downtown Bozeman is only 1.6 miles (less then a 5 min drive). MSU is 3.3 miles away and can be reached by bike trails if needed. Town and Country Grocery is a 2 min drive and Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is a 2 min drive as well. For those wishing to visit Big Sky, you are a hop and jump away from the 191 and an easy hour drive to a fun snow packed day! For those flying into Belgrade airport, it is an easy 16 min trip to your vacation home. There is available parking in driveway, garage, and/or street parking available.
