Other things to note Downstairs has a bathroom, 300lb. ice machine in room next to bathroom, charcoal BBQ pit, table and chairs, there is sink downstairs, and the Killer dock fish cleaning table is on the right of the boat ramp. The boat lift is not for renters use.
