Beautiful Southern Louisiana home built in the 1870's, updated with modern touches. This listing is for one single bed suite behind the main house. Your suite has a queen bed. It is nestled on Main Street in Downtown New Iberia, across from the Shadows on the Teche, restaurants, bars and grills and modern and antique local shopping nearby. The guest suites are keyless entry using a keypad and August locks. Call for information if you chose to rent the main house (not included). The space Located directly on the city's parade route and a ten minute drive to Avery Island, the Tabasco factory and Rip Van Winkle's Jungle Gardens. It is also the perfect location to immerse yourself in the Cajun art, dining and dance festivals of New Iberia. There are 6 Private Rooms on the property each with a private bath. Each Suite is appointed with a Modern Queen Bed with luxurious linens, hanging rack for clothes, air conditioned and a walk in shower. Welcome Gift bags with local samples will be available for you at check in. Guest access Due to COVID concerns, We do not serve breakfast in the main house. During your stay August Locks are used on the Suite doors. Up on booking a code will be emailed for access to your suite upon arrival.
