We are located less than a mile from the town of Big Timber in a private area overlooking a pond and a great view of the Crazy Mountains. Activities such as fishing the Yellowstone River or golfing at Overland Golf Course are just a hop, skip and jump away! The home itself is warm and inviting and has recently been upgraded with wonderful features. Whether you and your guests are ready to explore Big Timber and the surrounding areas or stay in for quality time, this home is perfect for you! A large living room adjoins the dining room and flows into the kitchen allowing for convenient cooking space without interrupting family time. A carport is located just off the kitchen, so BBQing and dining outside is just as easy. We are just up the hill and can be of any help for questions, activities, or directions. The town of Big Timber has a wonderful downtown atmosphere that includes little shops and restaurants (Quilt & Candy Store, Boutique and Clothing Stores, Coffee, Bakery, Fine Dining, Grocery Store, Salons, Gift Shops). Hiking is not far away, whether you go south to the Boulder Valley or north to the Crazy Mountains. The Lions Club City Park has a playground, a pool for the summer months, horseshoes, baseball, tennis and gazebo. Pack trips and guided hunting trips are available with ranchers nearby. There are many fishing accesses to the Yellowstone and Boulder Rivers for fishing or a local favorite-floating the river! If you’re not comfortable on your own you can hire out for a guided float or fishing. The local library is a wonderful place to be and the Crazy Mountain Museum is a must-see! Summer is full of events and the calendar can be checked on the Chambers website. Walking is not a problem, bike rides are easy, no Uber’s around here, and you may only have to wait for a few cars before turning on main!
