There is central heat and air conditioning. Each bedroom contains a queen bed and all required pillows and linens. There pull out sofa bed (3rd) if you need additional sleeping arrangements. This two bedroom, one bathroom home is great for both business trips, sporting events, concerts, conventions and vacation. Inside you will find an open floor-plan dining, living, kitchen area. The dining area seats four with an additional two people at the bistro table. The living area has a large couch and a 64" Samsung Plasma TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, bar area, refrigerator/ice-maker and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is free. The luxury washroom is spacious with a Jacuzzi bath, ceiling tub fill and dual shower heads. A modern front loading washer/dryer set is stacked in the closet. Guest access Guests have access to the whole first floor the building. It is a private space.
