The Missouri River Getaway

A quirky vacation home ideal for family/large group fun! Styled from the 80s, any adult will recognize our fashionable carpet trends! Situated right on the Missouri River next to our family's business (see diagram in pics), guests can enjoy the waterfront. In fact, our patio goes over the river! This is a nonsmoking / no pets / no events space. No boating / trailering down the owners’ river ramp. Use only permitted by manager, must ask prior to use. *Not handicap accessible, too many stairs The space Rooms: Master: King, pullout full sofa (soft), walk-in space, balcony, high table/chair set for river gazing. Bedroom 2: King bed, medium soft, desk/work area, walk-in closet space. Bedroom 3: 2 queens, one memory firm foam and one medium firm, walk-in closet space. Downstairs: ping-pong area, reading nooks, pullout full sofa (recommend for youngsters). Upstairs: kitchen, barstool eating arrangement. Living room: large couch, loveseat, TV (no cable, can connect to Hulu or Netflix). Outside: Cement patio that goes out just above the river, lawn with plenty of room and a small gravel patio with outdoor furniture, river access 100 yards away you can use if you ask permission (no trailoring boats on the ramp! It’s too old and broken). Guest access Parking right next to the house is suitable for 2 vehicles. However, our business is next door which can easily fit 5 more cars if you don't mind walking around our building to the house. In our picture gallery there is a parking diagram. Wireless is also available to guests. However, keep in mind that the more guests you have and devices on the wireless, the slower it will be. Other things to note We do allow special needs groups to use our river access to put in their rafts as they go floating. The river access is not part of the space you rent out, it is part of our business space 75 yards away from the house that you are free to use yourselves :) If you are worried about being disturbed, please ask us for a copy of the groups' float trips and we would be happy to provide it.
