Wildwood crest Beach Condo

Just a block away to the ocean, new contemporary condo with fully furnished3 bedroom /2 full bath condo, with 2 private parking spaces with elevators, fully equipped kitchen, washer n dryer, free Wifi, all 3 bedrooms and living room with smart TVs. Also a small private condo association pool on premises. Keyless with wifi enabled entry The space One adult has to take responsibility of the space . Need to accompany any one under 21. guests CAN NOT LITTER ANY COMMON AREAS IN THE CONDO COMPLEX AS WELL inside the condo or damage any furniture. can not disturb with loud music the neighbors. Will keep it quiet after 11 pm. Guest access KEYLESS ENTRY . Other things to note We have 2 king beds ( 2 TWIN BEDS side by side ON 1 KING SIZE BED FRAME EACH ) and 1 queen and a sofa bed and Chaise sleeper which can accomodate 8 guests to sleep as per fire code. Guests can bring in additional 4 guests max during day time (total 13) as per fire code ( condo association rules pl :-) Linen provided during peak season mid June - Aug ) Off peak ( sept- May) . Linen provided with an extra fee upon request .
